Party Catering Tips

1. Whilst most food catering companies offer a range of similar services, it is advisable to call a few caterers, or better still, get a few referrals. One such company to consider is Isaac's Catering. At the end of the day, if you want a professional service, you want to hand-pick a quality company who can offer both quality service and quality food.

2. Questions to ask about your party catering company may include – the types of events they have catered for, does the company offer any catering staff service, is there a supervisor available on the day, how will the food be delivered hot (or cold), what payment method does the caterer accept, what is the cancellation policy, any customer testimonials and who is the Chef?

Although there are more questions that can be asked, these questions are a good starting point in your assessment of a potential catering company. The rest boils down to how well you and the catering manager communicate.

3. Another crucial question – “Will there be enough to eat”?

Although caterers do ensure your guests never go hungry, there's no harm to just request that there are plenty of food available for all your invited guests. On your part, just make sure you provide the right information on the number of guests, and any special requests.
